About six weeks ago I was in agony with my back. The thoughts were that I had slipped a couple of discs and possibly fractured just under where my spine is attached to my pelvic bone.

Physio therapist was crap.

Personal physio and great mate was ACE.

It seems through my stubborness and will power+ personal physio I feel just about recouped now!

Thanks for all your support and well wishes through this time, it was ardudous but there aint much that gets the better of me!!

I am usually great at sussing the dickheads out, So why do I always pick them to be some of my closest 'friends' even if only for a short while.

People need to learn how to communicate. Learn how to actually at least have the decency to say that they don't want to carry on seeing you or at least have the balls to finish whatever it is they start. All too often I come across people who think they have the right to fuck with people's lives, promise them things they cannot follow through... It is such a shame.
